Who we are
Kindra Foundation began in 2012 with a simple belief: that change doesn't start with institutions — it starts with people showing up for each other.
Today, more than 5,000 members across 40 neighborhoods run food programs, youth mentorship, clean-up drives and emergency relief efforts. Every hour volunteered, every hand extended, moves a community closer to the future it deserves.

When the flood took Amara's grocery — the heart of her street for 19 years — forty neighbors and Kindra volunteers rebuilt it in eleven days. Today it feeds thirty families a week, for free.
